For a 24 hour general practitioner, a tariff of Rp35,000/Rp70,000/Rp100,000 per session will be charged depending on the intensity of the request and the availability of our doctors.
If you use a consultation package as the payment method, then a counter on the package will be reduced when you consult with a doctor.
The consultation package can be purchased at the store menu on the homepage. The package can only be used for 24 hour general practitioner consultation
For a specialist consultation service, the tariff will be determined by each specialist which ranges from Rp20,000 - Rp1,500,000 per session
You can choose the following payment methods: Dana, LinkAja, OVO, credit card and Virtual Account BCA
For 24 hour general practitioners, the duration is 10 minutes. For specialist, the duration are 10, 20, 30 or 40 minutes.
For a consultation with 24 hour general practitioner you can add an additional session of 10 minutes with an additional cost.
For a consultation with specialists, it is not possible to add an additional session, but it is possible to book a new available schedule

For 24 -hour general practitioner services, contact us to submit a refund at help@yesdok.com
For specialist doctor services, if the doctor fails to call on the agreed schedule, the patient will receive 100% refund. If the patient fails to answer the scheduled consultation, the patient will get a refund of 90% of the consultation fee.
You are got the opportunity to reschedule if there is a doctor or patient failure.
You can see the reschedule icon in the history/notification section on the YesDok application homepage. You can use the Retain balance as a payment method or split the bill if the consultation fee is above/below the previous consultation fee.
YesDok balance is the Retain Balance fund that has been used for payment after rescheduling. YesDok balance can be used to finance 24-hour doctor services, specialist doctors, and package purchases

The network indicator is shown to notify that your network is connected to the YesDok Consultation Network
Here are the following explanation for each color on the network indicator: Blue: You are being connected to YesDok"s network Red: You have not been connected to YesDok network, therefore the doctor cannot make a call. Green: You have been connected to Yesdok"s network, therefore you can receive a doctor"s call.
Your indicator network is red because it is not connected to the YesDok"s network. This will cause you to not be able to have consultation with a doctor. Make sure you have a stable internet connection on your phone. If your network indicator remains red within 1-3 days, please contact us at help@yesdok.com.

You can add your family or closest person that either has YesDok account or not. Each YesDok account can create up to 4 member.
You can stop financing your dependents. Please follow the following steps to stop the financing of your dependents:
From the "Home" menu press the "sponsor" button > Edit members who wants their financing to be stopped > enter your security pin or use Your fingerprints > slide down, then press "delete" to remove the account from the list and remove their financing.
Yes, you can see your dependents" history as long as you are the one who covers the consulting fee. To see the history, click on the "History" button. Then, press the down arrow button on the profile you want to details. Insert a security PIN or use your fingerprint to access the consultation summary.
You can cover other people"s consulting fees by adding them as a member to your account. Please follow the following steps to add a member:
1. From the home page, press the "Member" button at the top of the page
2. Select "Members"
3. Select "Add profile" and complete the profile information, then "Save". You can cover other people"s consulting fees up to 4 members
